Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel orders for a full refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable perishable items. Cancellation requests and other inquiries should be directed to support@inggifts.com with 24/7 customer support availability. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours may result in a refund amount determined by the operation team, with a cancellation charge fee ranging from 30% to 80%. Once the cancellation of order is approved by management ,refund amount will take 5 days to reflect in customers respective account Customer can claim and follow up for refund through email, call and live chat on the website. No bank or wire transfer amount of cancelled orders, amount will refund back to the original payment method. Customers are eligible for partial refunds amount for the products which is not under substitution policy, if any issue regarding the order customers can directly contact us.

Delivery Policy: Deliveries within city limits are free of charge. Extra delivery charges apply for deliveries to suburban areas of the state.

Special Occasions: New Year Cake Deliveries (December 30 to January 2): Customized or designer cakes may not be available during this period, and cake models delivered on December 31 and January 1 may vary from website pictures in terms of color, size, and display. Valentine's Orders (February 14): Deliveries scheduled on Valentine's Day may experience delays, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
